Coconet II: Digital Rights Camp Summary Video

Coconet II is the second iteration of the digital rights camp first held in October 2017 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It builds on the momentum and strong culture developed at the first camp by linking together individuals and groups working in digital rights, human rights, media, and technology for regional advocacy and networking.

At the five-day camp, over 120 changemakers took ownership of the event's process, content, and outcomes through the open space format.

Coconet II resulted in more than 20 collaborations on the national, regional, and international levels. The camp also established networks and platforms where participants could continue working together to strengthen and mainstream the digital rights movement in the Asia-Pacific.
